Fundraiser for Suicide Awareness Month

It's hard to convince people (let alone yourself) that the negative voice in your head isn't really you. But some people feel it's a demon on their back they just can't shake. Scariest part is they'll never give any signs of what it's putting them through. These are the people that need the most help.

Last week we held a livestream to raise awareness for National Suicide Prevention Day. This entire month is Suicide Prevention Month. There are many ways you can help fight the invisible disease of suicidal ideation. Something as simple as checking in on your loved ones, letting them know you see them and that it's ok to be seen, can only help.

There are also non-profits like To Write Love On Her Arms that do an incredible amount of work to not only help people going through mental illness, but also supply others with the resources necessary to become better equipped to help those dealing with suicidal thought. Additionally, To Write Love On Her Arms are transparent with their finances and donations process. Please consider donating to assist their efforts, if you can.

My apologies to anyone outside of the US who's having difficulty donating. You can visit the TWLOHA website and donate to them directly. Alternatively, you can just check in on your loved ones and remind them they are loved. 🖤
